IoT Product Manager

Leads or coordinates cross-functional teams from design to delivery of fully developed IoT dispensing solutions that are ready for customer use. Designs, develops, and manages activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Evaluates technical options and represents business requirements to the technology organization through requirement documents and detailed specifications. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.

Technical Product Manager
We are looking for a versatile, highly ambitious individual that has exceptional creative problem-solving and communication skills to join our growing IoT team! This role will be instrumental in coordinating execution of the IoT product strategy, with high visibility to senior executive across the organization. The responsibilities will include:

  • Develop relevant buyer and user personas and buyer journey mapping for all IoT products and solutions covering various buyers, how they buy, what influences them, and their buying criteria.
  • Write Business or Marketing Requirements Document and define use cases, features, pricing options and KPIs.
  • Understand and articulate competitive products and solutions, conduct on-going research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and provide input to marketing to develop sales enablement tools.
  • Define and execute programs to increase win ratio and customer retention rate by understanding customer purchase and consumption patterns.
  • Work cross-functionally to bring create and manage an up-to-date portfolio roadmap for IoT products and solutions in Aha! or JIRA Align.
  • Be a passionate advocate for the customer; provide the voice of the customer.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience posthigh school
  • Experience in management consulting, product management and marketing, strategy and insights, or similar
  • Understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) companies and solutions
  • Experience managing hardware devices and cloud feature sets
