About the Role:

Reporting to the VP of Operations and Manufacturing, manages installations and service dispatches for the Sestra operations team. Oversees planning and directs scheduling, resource allocation, and communication functions to complete installation, maintenance, and system dispatch requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with agreements and contracts.
  • Supervises the assignment of jobs, crews, and resources to meet installation, maintenance, and dispatch requirements.
  • Directs compilation and issuance of timetables.
  • Conducts continuous analyses of team assignments and analyzes scheduling for possible consolidation.
  • Reviews and revises schedules to ensure increased efficiency and cost reductions.
  • Manages training program for both experienced and new technicians.
  • Provides coaching and corrective guidance to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Reviews build documents and ensures effective quality procedures are in place to meet specifications for all jobs.
  • Confirms all jobs meet the high quality standards for the Sestra Brand.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a related function as a manager.
  • Successfully managed customer installations to completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick issue resolution; takes initiative.
  • Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must be customer oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at customers during their service hours including nights and weekends.
  • Competitive and competitively aware; proficient at explaining strengths and vulnerabilities
  • Ability to lift at least 20-30 lbs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the beverage industry a plus.
  • Experience with managing service calls a plus.
  • Refrigeration experience a plus.
